This is an invasion...

Well, not really. But I’ve been using my invites to try to get some Welsh (and other) vendors of electronic goodness to join up.

First acceptors: Fourier Transform and Squarediscs.

Hopefully stores will be appearing soon from High Quality Recordings, Post Office Records, Skipping Beats and others!

And not forgetting Rewire the Future who are already here!

Odds and Ends

Just had a quick look ‘round the place… found some lovely Cylob and Ceephax, an old classic from H.I.A. (I remember first hearing this in 1994, its still etched into my synapses); some Mille Plateaux compilations (check out the Panacea track called ‘My Brain’); lots of Godspeed You! Black Emperor (my favourite is ‘Dead Flag Blues’ on f#a#infinity) plus some other odds and ends…

Here’s a first lot of music based on some quick browsing around the store. I like this place. Plus the site seems to run really smoothly. :)

This week I’ll get the machine.records back-catalogue – and some new releases -over to the PeoplesMusicStore folk and hopefully before to long this will be the place to check out the label’s releases.

Cheers Dan
